Mackenzie Heal

Program Coordinator

Mackenzie brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and creative talent to her multifaceted role at FSG. With nearly a decade of healthcare experience and a strong academic foundation in biological sciences and psychology, she is currently pursuing her Master’s in Neuroscience, fueled by her fascination with brain function and human potential.

As a key member of the FSG team, Mackenzie serves as Program Coordinator for all RESET programs, contributes to the Resource Development team, and acts as the agency’s Executive Assistant. Her warm, inviting presence and trustworthy nature make her an invaluable team player. She particularly excels at using her graphic design skills to transform complex concepts into clear, memorable visual explanations.

When she’s not at work, Mackenzie can be found rollerblading or hiking with her mini-Australian shepherd and fiancé. She also channels her creativity into various crafts, including crocheting and sewing. Above all, Mackenzie cherishes the collaborative atmosphere at FSG, citing her colleagues as her favourite aspect of the job.
