The Reality
You’re not failing.
46% of millennial parents report feeling burned out. You’re balancing work, managing household chaos, and trying to show up as the emotionally available parent you want to be, all while your own nervous system is maxed out.
Meanwhile, your child is navigating a world that’s genuinely harder than the one you grew up in. More stimulation. More anxiety. More pressure. Less downtime.

You might benefit from a RESET if:
- Your child’s meltdowns trigger you, and suddenly you’re both dysregulated
- You lose your temper when you meant to stay calm, then feel guilty for hours
- You read the parenting books but are unsure how to apply the strategies in the moment
- You want to break patterns from your own childhood, but you’re not sure how
- You feel alone in this, like everyone else has it figured out
Here’s the truth: Most parents were never taught how emotions actually work, how the brain develops, or how to regulate their own nervous system, let alone their child’s. You’re not supposed to just “know” this. These are learnable skills.
RESET: Raising Resilient Kids is here to help you learn.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does my partner need to come with me?
Not required. Many parents attend solo and share the learning at home. That said, couples who learn together often find it strengthens their parenting partnership and creates shared understanding.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. We get it. Contact us about options for catching up, but full attendance gives you the complete progressive benefit of the program.
Will this work if my child has ADHD / anxiety / autism / other challenges?
These evidence-based principles support all children, especially those facing additional challenges. You’ll learn to work with your child’s nervous system, not against it.
Is this therapy?
No, this is psycho-educational programming. However, it’s clinically informed and taught by registered psychologists. If your family needs therapy, we can provide referrals.
I’m uncomfortable sharing my experiences in a group setting. Do I have to?
No, there’s no pressure to share personal stories if you do not want to.
Will my insurance cover this?
Many extended health benefit plans cover programs led by registered psychologists. We provide receipts suitable for insurance submission and offer direct billing where available. Contact us to discuss your specific plan.
What’s the difference between this and just reading parenting books?
Books give you information. This program gives you the tools for transformation. You get personalized expert guidance, practice with feedback, accountability, and a complete integrated framework. Most importantly, you’re not alone in trying to figure out how to implement what you’re learning.
What if my child is already in therapy?
This complements what your child is learning by equipping you with aligned skills. Many therapists actively encourage parent education alongside child therapy.
Can I take this if my children are different ages?
Yes. The principles apply across developmental stages. You’ll learn to adapt strategies to each child’s specific needs and age.
