This comprehensive, evidence-based K-12 mental health curriculum is developed by registered psychologists and educators with 30+ years of experience in Edmonton.

When you implement RESET in your schools, you receive age-appropriate programming for all grade levels, complete educator training, all curriculum materials, and ongoing implementation support. Our programs were co-developed and piloted with kids and teens, so you can be confident the content will land with your students.

RESET: Detectives (Grades K – 3)

  • Younger children learn to “detect” what their body and brain are telling them through engaging, age-appropriate activities.  

RESET: Explorers (Grades 4 – 6)
